Yes sir. I'd buy something better than the cheap ones. The price difference should only be a few bucks. Usually it' s a flat blade screw, but not always.

The idle mixture screws are called double D. (It's shaped like two Ds with their straights back to back)

search quadrajet adjusting tools.

I was thinking from looking at those pics, it looks similar to the shaft of a radio, which would be that D shape.
