Whats the pay for Mechanics

I don't know the scale, but I haven't heard complaints from the techs and mechanics. If you're good, I think it'd be worth your time to fill out an application. As I mentioned, put down my name as a reference. Good luck!

I've applied there a couple of times. Can't stand their 8 week long interview process.

Some things are worth the wait perhaps. A lot of applicants means that it can take some time until the right candidate is determined. If you're asked back for multiple interviews, then I would take that as a good sign.

Chicago area locations include Oak Lawn, Tinley Park, Naperville, Hillside, Schaumburg, and Glencoe. Others are just across the border in Merrillville and Kenosha. Like Aircal said, once you are employed, you can transfer to another location pretty easily when positions open up. So a long initial commute doesn't have to stay that way forever, or if you wanted to relocate to a warmer climate... These harsh winters here in Chicago make me think about that from time to time!

I don't know about other places, but the turnover for techs seems really low to me. Heated, air condtioned, very clean working area. Day and night postions too.

Yep. Him and Dave fitman have been friends of mine from waaaaayyy back in the day.

I also know "bobby" the mech at the oak lawn store.

All of them speak very highly of the place.
