We ship a lot with SpeeDee at my company. We have a daily pickup so that helps a lot. I'd say 98% of the customers get their stuff the next day. But they definitely struggle at times. We had a south side route that was several days for delivery last year. The driver was mad so he would deliver fewer packages than he had every day. His route fell behind. Then he quit. They had like 5 drivers for the route in about 3 weeks. They all quit due to the number of boxes his lane had backed up. It took months for that route to get back to normal. They turn over drivers pretty often too. But their service record with us is pretty great. And much cheaper than UPS & FedEx. Especially with oversize stuff.
