thrown this idea around with a few other members...let me know what you think, and let me know if you'd be interested in participating.

We'd like to get a date figured out for one evening where some of us meet up (say at Streets or AMC) and then "drive up to Canada" to go get some roll racing footage. We've got a few cars and bikes that are already committed, but I'd like to get a solid number of racers (and not so many spectators).
Theres been alot more talk/bench racing lately - lets see some of it actually play out.

Off the top of my head, i was thinkin a Saturday evening. Maybe the 8th or 15th.. :dunno:

Discuss here, or shoot me a PM. :drums:

Canada is stricter on street racers than here, why would you go there to race, why not like the middle of Montana where very few cops exsist

Just Rent out a private race track/ closed circuit race. No need to drive to Canada.

If you guys meet at AMC or streets I would be down to take some pre race pictures of race-cars before the drive to Canada. Not in for roll racing in a GTP.

I don't think this is a good idea. Usually better to get a couple races in at a time, not a ton with multiple cars. This will attract a lot of attention.

You're entitled to your opinion, but you dont even know how we're setting this up yet.
And we wont be going out there with many more people than your shocker cruises...sounds a little hypocritical.

Shocker cruises are legal, we don't race each other usually. When we do, there aren't many of us out there cruising.

this cruise will be just as 'legal' as your shocker cruises, from what ive seen.

im not too sure why this is all roll racing...
well, its a bit harder to run from a dig on the streets..
more traction/breaking/driver error issues
not to mention, if youre trying to go from a dig, you have to find a perfect road and then you gotta prep it.

we're just doing this shit for fun, it makes more sense doing rolls at this point.

because no one on this site other than me and jared will go from a dig.
I like racing from a dig. :dunno: Just always gives me a better piece of mind than driving 120+ on the highway.
