What are the restrictions?

I only ask because I have race/show insurance on the GTA, and that got me by emissions before il stopped testing obd1 cars. But it came with restrictions on mileage and use.

Just register your car to someone's address outside of the bullshit areas that require emissions. Surely you have to know someone.....

I never welded in an O2 bung for the secondary. So the sensor is just tucked under the belly tray. Should be all I need to do. Just lazy.
