Can you still get show car exemption for emissions?

My SF Policy clearly states that my car is for "Limited use, car shows and sporting events" but they denied me stating that they want the Endorsements page which I don't have. They make rules with requirements that can't be met.

You definitely need the endorsements post up your page on the limited use?

This state sucks monkey balls..They make it very difficult to obtain a waiver..

Which is what I am getting at. Instead of the standard 1 year freebie, you get a 2 year freebie (that you now need to keep reapplying for to maintain)

Because that Cobra I have that you've seen many many years ago or the Lightning would NEVER pass emissions.
