    no you cant unless you changed the tranny/ecu

    99+ clusters are electric speedo sensor. yours is mechanical, so it literally has a little gear on the tail shaft of the tranny and a cable going from that to the speedo/odometer. plus i think the tacks wouldnt work either.

    but...if you do an 03 complete drivetrain swap you could do it:D
