Figured some of you folks might enjoy this. I'll try and keep the thread updated as the owner does.

This is how the truck came in, shipped from OR, 1993 244k miles. Triple locked, completely stock aside from the ARB bumper. The truck needed a lot of maintenance as well, pretty much had all the standard leaks and things needing replacement. We also replaced a lot of things 'since we were there'. To be honest with you the customer will never push this truck anywhere near its limits but it's what he wanted and he had the cash.

When we started to tear it apart he decided to have the whole thing repainted, a new carpet, sound deadening, tons of electrical accessories, so that added a lot of extra work, the interior was completely stripped.

Compression numbers were acceptable on the engine so he decided to stick with it for now but will likely do a Cummins swap in the future, which is smart since we are adding about 2,000lbs of weight to this thing. Dual NorthStar batteries, Krieger 1500w inverter, Delta front and rear bumpers, 12,000lb Warn winch, Bowfin roof rack, four person RTT, Slee sliders, Long Range 35 gal fuel tank and 42 gal aux tank

Basically everything on the engine was resealed except for the headgasket. Axles completely gone through, Icon shocks, Dobinsons, Wits End and Delta components make up the suspension. Most other parts were replaced with OE Toyota pieces.

More PICS

Main engine battery with a BlueSea power distribution block to run the winch off of (not wired in yet)

GRZ3Pyh.jpg

Aux battery which runs most of the other accessories (lights, compressor, switchpro, inverter and rear power hubs)

This little guy allows you to jump start the engine battery with the auxiliary battery if needed.

Compressor, yet to be mounted and plumbed

Gauge and switch for the transfer pump for the 42 gallon auxiliary tank, pressing the switch pumps fuel into the main tank.

Delta SwitchPro mount, has a spot for two gauges as well but they'll be left blank for now, probably until it gets an engine swap that includes boost.
Two USB hubs that are powered all the time.

Illuminated, all of these eight switches can be used for various functions, we've got five used up for all the lights and compressor.

Slee sliders, excuse the dirt.

wEFdsyw.jpg

A shot of the rear suspension, Wits End extended lower control arms to help the pinion angle, and Wits End extended sway bar links.

5uL2h0L.jpg

Icon remote reservoirs tucked up, ten way adjustable. Borla exhaust, we also installed new factory downpipes and a cat delete since OBD1.

sXATwNL.jpg

Another shot of the front, Delta caster correcting radius arms help keep things in line.

Is9kiRS.jpg

All new Toyota brake lines to every caliper, Icon stainless steel extended lines to the axles.

kDTLkZe.jpg

Front and rear ditch lights, fog lights and bumper lights from Baja Design, ridiculous lighting on this thing, way overkill. Customer actually ordered a third amber light that we talked him out of installing since it would completely block the radiator air flow.

NeuCcCj.jpg

And we'll wrap things up with a shot of the front with the front bumper on for test fitting. Customer is flying in from ATL Friday to pick it up.

It's all done! Customer came in front Atlanta today and was super excited to take delivery. We are going to hit some trails tomorrow so I'll post some pics from that as well.

We had to custom make a panel to mount all the electrical accessories to, we were supposed to get one from an aftermarket company that fits everything behind the stock trim panel but it didn't show up in time, so this will work for now.

Moon Glow Metallic, looks pretty sick.
