Made this last night and it came out fucking amazing:

Recommendations:

I used Frank's buffalo in the chicken mix and Frank's regular in the cheese mix. Really turned down the buffalo flavor and think it made the dish much better.

Also... will definitely use more garlic next time.

I've had that same recipe but just used Franks Buffalo sauce all the way thru and it was a little overpowering, gotta try again with two different heat levels. I agree on the bleu cheese, that shit is nasty.

I also have to find the ingredients and a good reason to make lobster mac and cheese
