I know this topic comes up every so often, but if you guys want a perfect install, exceptional service, a ton of knowledge, super attention to detail, and
overall amazing care for your car take it to Lee at Tire Service in Elk Grove (formerly KO Tire).

It is not often that I trust my car being touched by anyone but myself, and I feel extremely comfortable leaving my car with Lee. If I had wheels that cost $1K+ per wheel I would have him do the install without a second thought.

Things that Tire Service does on their tire installations:

- Inspection and documentation on every wheel (pictures and notes taken) prior to install.

- Raising and supporting your car with rubber protection so there is never metal to metal contact.

- Will only remove lug nuts by hand (using thin wall sockets and no impacts) when extra care is needed to ensure not screwing up the wheels.

- He pays special attention to not jack up the paint/powdercoating on your brake calipers.

- He will clean up the beads on the wheels to get the tire to seat properly.

- Uses black wheel weights for darker style wheels.

- Left my car in the shop protected because it looked like it might hail.

Speak of the Lee.

I actually just had him swap a tire when I got the nail in the sidewall.

He tried to patch it, most other places would have turned me away entirely, but he actually took the time to dismount the tire and look to see if it was repairable. Sadly it was not.

I use Lee for all my stuff.
