best pulley combo to go with?

What would you experts recommend on a stage 4 ported blower? I would like to get the maximum horsepower out of my car, im gonna go with a mafia,bap,60lb injectors and a nice 26 spline clutch combo along with a bigger h/e and the head cooling mod if that matters.. Im hearing the most boost i can get out of the blower is with a 2.76" upper and metco 2lb lower?
