½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Its actually damn good.

I ended up breaking it apart some to absorb the juices inside of the tenderloin a little bit better. Next time I make this I will def marinade over night then toss in crockpot.. Also instead of red pepper I used fiery 5 kind of pepper so it has a little spice to it. Also added some minced onion will add a whole onion next time.

About an hour left I can't wait!!

Advice

1. Marinade it before hand for at least an hour or more.
2. Make sure the whole tenderloin is covered or almost covered when in crockpot.
3. Add an chopped up onion (also imo i think green pepper would taste good as well)
4. Use reduced sodium chicken broth then after add salt as needed (will make taste better imo)
5. Def use some more spicer pepper (McCormick makes a 5 pepper red pepper http://www.mccormick.com/Grill-Mates/Flavors/Seasoning-Blends/Grill-Mates-Fiery-5-Pepper-Seasoning). It adds a nice little kick.

im not gonna lie. i personally feel like tenderloin in a crock pot isn't doing the tenderloin justice.

such a lean awesome tender piece of meat...

now do this with a pork shoulder or a roast of some sort... chyyyyyaaa

Felt same way but turned out awesome..

I am going to try a turkey tenderloin and a smaller pork one this weekend.
