Shortly after warm up my auxilary fan starts to run & switch back & forth between the two speeds. The motor does not over heat. I never remember the auxilary fan always running so much. Almost acts like coolant is low. I have checked coolant level & it seems ok. This happens with nothing on no A/C no defrost no heat. Outside air temps have been around 50-60 degrees. What should I check ?

Auxiliary fan? If you mean the radiator fan, the first thing I'd do is burp the cooling system.
