the one on your phone is drastically larger, hence the better quality

I removed size restrictions for attachments on jpgs awhile ago....but then you have that happen and the resizing mod wont work on it

I really really really don't want to. I just envision a ton of problems and since we've really shrunk member usage wise, I just dont know if its worth everything we'd have to go through.

I should just make a list of things we need fixed, try and find mods for them or see if I can convince Jack to do custom stuff for us. And then weigh all my options.

Xen would be fine to change to but its a lot of work and I dunno if there would really be a viable payoff.

best time to do upgrades is when the user base is low! less people to piss off and then you have a much better platform for new users!
