Finished this series tonight and really enjoyed it, but was anyone else a bit let down by the ending?

Started out fantastic, but I feel like the last two episodes or so kinda veered off and they tried too hard to set it up for a second season.

I definitely recommend watching it and would be very surprised if there was not another season in the works.

It hasnt been announced yet, but it was definitely designed for a 2nd season. The ending wasn't quite what i expected, but if it does get a 2nd season i'll be excited to see where it goes based on the way this season ended

Spoiler: Well I think...

The final episode of this season explained a lot of the story, so it could end here. I don't understand the part about Samuel pulling her back in but then where did he go? Would have been cool to have a 2nd season.

Yeah, the way it ended could have sufficed for an actual ending, which is actually kinda good since it didnt end on some big cliffhanger. But it still definitley left the door open for a season 2. But I'm still ok w/ the way it ended. I'd still say it was worth the watch.

Yeah I'm okay with it ending like that with 1-2 things resolved, and other things not.
