I play Toon Blast because it's mindless, non competitive, and I can play with no service on the plane. Every time I try to pick up a new game its a stupid gacha so I stopped bothering.

there's so many ways to dive characters/equipment/abilities now it seems like it would be overwhelming for a newbie, but you start out so weak that maybe you get eased into it. i actually think they tried to kill the game but there's too many people playing and still tossing some cash at it

Bloon Tower Defense (the latest is 6) and Slayaway Camp are the only two phone games I’ve ever played and throughly enjoy both.

We have an pack with Apple, iCloud, Apple Music, Apple TV+, etc. The pack includes the Apple Arcade, I've been playing the Galaga Wars+ game recently. It's nice not having ads.

I’ve been paying Egg Inc off and on for 2-3 years now. You have to build up your chicken farm, upgrade then sell it to build another chicken farm and so on. It’s mind numbing.

Pixel Pro Golf is fun too.

I'm pretty hooked on Survior.io. Its taken me a few days to even reach stage 2, but havent had to spend a dime. Just a lot of grinding and hoping for good weapon rolls.
