My plates on the daily driver Honda Accord are due at the end of the month so I was thinking of a personal plate. I don't have a clue on what i should get so I am asking the almighty TCG peoples for suggestions.
The standard ricer suggestions are not needed because I am missing all necessary ricer items.

This is what it looks like

Go for it.

what is the character limit/other rules for plates in IN?

I can have up to 8 characters on a plate.

A PLP message may only contain a combination of numbers (0 – 9) and letters (A – Z).

The following character requirements and restrictions apply to a PLP message request:

The message must contain at least two characters (e.g. AA; Z1).
The message may contain spaces entered between any combination of numbers and letters (e.g. AA*99*Z1). Asterisk (*) indicates a space but is not printed on the license plate.
The PLP message cannot:
Contain special characters (e.g. &; #; $; @; ( ); !; etc.).
Contain numbers only.
Contain more than one consecutive space (e.g. AA**9**B).
Duplicate the alpha/number format of any other BMV issued license plate.
