Am I allowed to be annoyed that the US never got an F10 5-series BMW wagon?

Those familiar with the XC60 T8 Polestar Engineered will be happy to learn Volvo superimposed that plug-in drivetrain onto the smaller, lower V60. Volvo's familiar 2.0-liter four-cylinder provides the core motivation to the front wheels, rated to a healthy 328 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque thanks to twin-charging, or forced induction via both a supercharger and a single turbocharger. Two electric motors augment this already complicated engine, contributing 46 and 87 horsepower, respectively, along with 111 and 177 pound-feet of torque, with electrical power supplied via an 11.6-kWh lithium-ion battery pack. When all of these systems harmonize, the result is a combined 415 horsepower and 494 pound-feet of torque on tap to play with.

At the test track, this arrangement recorded a 4.4-second blast to 60 mph and a 12.9-second quarter-mile pass at 107 mph.

We looked at Volvos. I couldn't get into the interiors. That 15s center stack, I dunno...

New ones, yeah buddy!

i don't hate this one bit.

although i wish something with a giant R in it's name was quicker than 6.9meh seconds to 60.

GF has a 16 3.6R it goes OK but its a VERY maintenance heavy car IMO. It has 145K on it already and she's put a ton of money into repairs including a new trans. Hard to beat the utility of the outback tho.

I wonder what kind of lift kit is on that. From my research it sounded like u could only buy the lift kit for the 4-cylinder outbacks

I saw an f10 5 series wagon in Oakbrook about 2 years ago. I assumed guy had it imported. Didn’t get a good look at it, since it was pulling out from a side street, but it looked like a non-sport model. Was a really nice blue color

Wagons are just cool because they aren't cool. Change my mind.

why don't people LS swap these like dudes do gmt400's

I think it's common'er than not. I believe LS1Tech has a general guide in to what's needed to do it, including M6 conversion for B-Bodies.

We never got this wagon, either, but I would buy it based solely on its exhaust goodness.

Legacy GT Spec B 3.0R wagon.
