Well, why didn't you say so?
If you are anywhere near a Farm & Fleet, go to the farmer's supplies stuff. They have a section of hydraulic fittings and hoses there. The hoses are all preterminated to lengths of 12-24-or 36", and all fittings are machine-crimped. You can use them for gas, and will hold up to 1500psi. Generally it's under $5 a hose. You'll need to flare the ends of the cut off tube (flaring tool about 8-12 bucks). and fittings (generally 2-3 bucks each) to adapt the fittings to the tubes. You'll still have problems with the stock rail hold downs on an IC install, and the regulator bracket needs to be bent to clear also.
If you want to use hard line, autozone carries inverted flare fittings, so you can flare the rail ends, and some hard brake line to mate up. The inverted flares are brass, and are designed to hold up to brake lines, so they can hold the pressure. However, you should hard mount the inlets to the top of the SC if you can to limit movement if you do this.
