I’m of 2 minds about this. On the one had it sucks that one little thing like this will ruin his career. On the other hand it’s horribly careless and there’s somebody else out there that wants his job and will be great at it but won’t use homophobic slurs on television

Shit, in the office I'll triple check to make sure I'm on 'mute' if I'm going to say something that I don't want everyone else on the conference call to hear.
