A recommendation/curious question

Any way you can give individuals who create threads in say... Classifieds, the ability to delete posts in their threads? (Just figure there's no point in admins having to step in to tell people to knock off the BS in FS threads for example, but just to give the thread creator that ability) ideas? (this is not geared toward anyone, this just kinda popped into my head)
