What a day!
Huge shout out to Hole Shot Media for an amazing event and setup! We gave sponsored their events for years, but this is the first time we were able to make it out and participate
This was their first event of the series known as STREET CAR RACE WARS held @munciedragway
basic breakdown it is an event that houses DIG and ROLL racing. So we participated in both areas.
We are still working on the boost controller and launch setup. So we did struggle with leaving off the 2 step. So we opted to leave off foot brake. Didn't even spool the turbos. Basically, I flashed the converter just enough to get going. It ended up netting the best results of the day
We ran multiple 8.9-9.0 passes with 165+mph... best pass of the day is showing in the video.
8.93 @ 165 mph - 1.47 60ft.
Overall we are very happy with the small improvements as we can now see the full potential of what we have in front of us... at only 22psi and a peak of 16 degrees of timing. We will get ger to run sub 8.5s very soon
Also as a result of the passes we took the prize for
- Fastest MPH for the day
- Fastest MPG for a Mopar
But being a main sponsor we opted not to take the prize and pass it on to runner up.
