Here's my "pride and joy"
1963 GMC 930 (C30 for Americans)
Originally 292 I6 with a 4 speed trans and 2 speed rear end. Was a real gem.
Brought it home and got to work.
Built a chassis with an Animal's Speed Shop (I work there) IRS kit that I put a 2014 Camaro SS rear end in. I used their transmission crossmember, conversion perches and engine mounts. Using their big brake conversion kit, I also used the 14" rotors and 4 piston Brembos calipers all around.
I used a FABbot kit and put in an AR5 with a Capt Fab bracket for the Wilwood clutch master and power brakes.
The engine is a low mileage LC9 run by a Holley Terminator X. Plan is to turbo it and do the whole nine yards. Hopefully tearing up the road again next year.
The truck is on air suspension all around. Chopping Block uppers and lowers up front. I had QA1 shockwaves in the rear but have decided to go a different route with the whole air suspension.
I've driven it only a handful of times since I got it running. My G bodies and Corvette pushed it to the back burner.
