i mean, unlike the majority of dad trucks on here, this one will actually see use.

I know #teamdadf150 requires spray in liners though for their wives purses and kid's strollers but yeah... the bed rugs are fucking sweet and plenty durable for pretty much anything.

I may, just may, place a couple Grocery bags in the back bed this weekend.

Likely, but no guarantee

Bed Rug FTW.

I have bed liner in my trailer and it just beats you and your stuff up. But since that sits outside uncovered and the whole trailer is covered in it I am okay with it. But for the truck bed the bed rug is the best choice. Oh and my wife's purse rides in the cab.

You seem mad at my compliment?

:jg:

My old ass truck has spray in liner and a rubber mat. I'm on a whole different playing field. :roflpicard:

so it appears the bed rug folds into the space between the bed and the tailgate ?
interesting...

and I'm assuming a bed rug is used WITH a cover or cap ?
not solo ? just wondering, can it get wet ? what holds it down ? it's own weight ?

in4answerstomynewbquestions

yes folds

it 1000% can get wet. it could be in a completely open bed no problems/issues whatsoever.

adhesive to the bed with velcro to the rug in a few spots.

they do themselves a disservice calling it a "rug"

it's plastic. but because it's fuzzy and soft people associate it with their living room carpet.

it's not. it's foam/plastic and a hose washes basically anything right off of it.

BedRug bed mats are designed to work with factory truck beds as well as spray in liners or plastic drop in liners. Much like the BedRug, the BedRug Mat is made to fit your specific make and model and will give you the look and feel of carpet in an ultra-tough 100% polypropylene (essentially plastic) product. It will protect your truck while standing up to whatever you can throw at it. The mat liner is gas, oil, bleach, and chemical resistant and offers easy cleanup. With its cushioned foam non-skid surface, it will keep everything in place while protecting your cargo and your knees.

The BedRug Mat material is fade and UV resistant. Made of foam similar to that used in life jackets, it doesn't absorb water and will not mold or mildew. Just clean it with a hose, power washer or vacuum and your BedRug Mat is good as new.

i spilled an entire gallon of green paint on mine once two trucks ago (thought it was closed, it wasn't, and tipped over) and it came right out.

We leave our cover open all the time and let it get wet. Thats half of the washing process. The other is a leaf blower or broom depending on what is available. 2 years and I have never tried to actually clean it and people are always worried about us ruining our fancy bed. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED

So you were kind of pro-Ford when shopping. Now you own a GM and think an F150 isn't even a "truck"? lol

The only time I really use my truck is when I need the truck bed. So by the percentage of truck use, it is more truck than your truck. So keep on truck'n you mutha trucker.

Also, the only issue I have seen with the bed rugs and no cover is in winter. When they are wet and then freeze. That becomes an issue if you put stuff back there. Covers are just so nice in winter. Keeps the bed dry and snow out of it.

wouldn't a new colorado or ranger have more towing capacity and payload capacity than your "truck"?

i only use my truck when i need the bed, or to tow something so? i think whatever drunken grandprat math you're using puts us even? or am i ahead since i tow things?
