3" catback advice

I need to replace the single 3" catback on my car. I already have a new Magnaflow 6" x 36" muffler to replace the resonator. I will probably order a Dynomax VT muffler. It's the piping that am looking for advice on.

Which makes more sense:

1) Take it to a specialty exhaust shop and have them fabricate the pipes
2) Order these pipes: 97-03 Pontiac Grand Prix Exhaust Tubing System - Mandrel Exhaust Systems for $220 shipped and take it somewhere for installation/welding.
3) other?

(in other words, is the mandrel exhaust kit a good deal is comparison to what a shop would charge for the pipes.)

If you order the kit, it comes with clamps, so no need to weld
