So here it is. I just had the hood wrapped satin black 3m 2080. Saved a ton over the $2k Dodge wanted to do it as a factory option. Cant wait to get it to the track.

Great looking car. I bet it is a good time

Its a fucking rocket ship. I was skeptical if the extra HP over the ZL1 was going to really mean anything vs the extra heft of the charger. And it seems to. That and the gearing. This charger is a true american muscle car. Its an absolute blast to drive.

What anti theft prevention strategies are you putting in place?

For home - Non-ghetto location, locked garage, house alarm, 9mm and aggressive/loud dog.

For remote parking - prayers/gap insurance... Oh and Uconnect GPS i can access on my phone in real-time.

In seriousness, the car has the updated dodge security flash. So when its put into valet mode, it will only let you have like 3hp and basically the car wont move under its own power.

The 2022 cars will have the active alarm system with break glass detection, but that would be a retrofit on my 21. I don't plan on doing that. Luckily I don't live in Detroit so it "should" be safe in most locations I go.

FYI they, the criminals, disconnect u connect antenna, so it’s useless regardless. Wonder if the security flash makes programming keys harder.

Nice ride.

Maybe. Depends on how quick I can get to it. At the very least hopefully I can get those who did it busted. But yeah that’s a touchy subject. Most recovery’s are just destroyed.
A friends SRT just got jacked a few days ago. That shit is long gone. He’s car shopping now.
