While I was out shopping, caught this one in the wild. Definitely looks great. I wish the Teslas looked this good.

That said, from a specs standpoint, the MYP shits all over this car.

MSRP of $62k with the GT package, which gets you 577awhp, but only 206 miles of range. So in winter you get like 170 miles before you have to charge?

C'mon Kia. Those are rookie numbers, you gotta hit 300-350 miles at this price point.

So the only thing going for it is that it looks better than a MYP, its certainly not faster, has 100 miles LESS range than a MYP.

I know, now that I have a house, I'm all for getting an Electric car. And the MYP prices sounds GREAT.

Especially since I looked at the cost off fuel I've spent on the RS as a daily driver.

With the price of fuel, the RS is not gonna get any cheaper to drive. In fact, if I look at JUST the last year alone my average Miles / $ has dropped to 4.6 miles per dollar thanks to the increase in fuel prices.

So, over the past ~58,000 miles, if I project out to say, 100,000 miles using the current 4.6, I'm looking at spending another almost another $10k in fuel costs, not including oil changes. That more than makes up the cost of replacing a battery pack, likely doesn't need to happen until the 125k-175k mark (which I probably won't hit).
