Already available on the Super Duty and Ranger pickups, Ford is blessing its bread-and-butter F-150 with an off-road-ready Tremor variant coming to dealerships next summer. Featuring upgraded suspension, locking differentials, and more adept off-road tires, the 2021 Ford F-150 Tremor is here for those who feel a regular F-150 with the FX4 pack just isn't dirt-friendly enough but aren't quite ready for a Raptor just yet.

Power comes from the 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 paired to the 10-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. It'll tow up to 10,900 pounds while max payload stands at 1,885 pounds.

absofuckinglutely

i didnt consider rams so hard because of "only" the 5.7 being available.

I absolutely love mine. The 5.7 with the 8 speed is pretty hot shit. May not be as quick as others but dam feels good. Plus I have a Flowmaster cat back so it sounds way better. But dam the 392. I'm considering trading in for 2021 to a Durango but will only do the 392.

i mean yeah the 5.7 8 speed is a solid combo but the GM 6.2 and ecoboost 3.5/ 'yote 5.0 are just so much stronger. the 5.7 gets it done... but my truck or a 3.5 ecoboost ford will be at least a second quicker in the quarter than your truck.. which is fun as fuck.

The 5.7 isn't a pooch but yeah I have no idea why the don't offer the 392 as a premium option in the 485 HP range. I'd be fine with it only being offered in the higher trim Laramie and Rebels too. I thought the turbo I-6 would have been announced by now.

In the Wrangler, the SRT-based 6.4-liter 392 HEMI V8 version produces 450 horsepower and 450 lb.-ft. of torque and is mated to a TorqueFlite 8HP75 8-speed automatic and equipped with a 3.73 gear ratio. It’s good enough to propel the Wrangler with a full-time two-speed transfer case and 37-inch mud-terrain tires to a 0 to 60 mph time in fewer than five seconds.

that would be awesome in a 1500 ram similar to how this tremor is.

What's your best Dragy time? I believe we are maybe .5 apart in the 1/4 mile. You're close enough to me that we should meet up and break one off just to see how they stack up, real world and all... for science and stuff.

Yes it would. I don't get it, FCA jams bigger motors in everything else.
