And shame on you dudes questioning a 40 foot boat going 60 with 1050hp lol

A buddy of mine has one on LOTO with 525's, it's a solid 65mph boat.
He keeps a steady supply of Bravo 3XR's on hand, it is very hard on them.

This one is worthy of the full swing:

another formula 400 ss... dude lists it with 502's... buuuutttt it's got twin blue motors

this would be such an awesome lake michigan boat... having a trailer is fucking cool too if you're cool with towing something 11' wide with likely a 20,000lb bumper tow trailer weight

the pics have it behind a single wheel GM, which im pretty sure isn't rated to tow it either..

I think it'd be f450 territory... and dually most likely? I dunno. lotta weight for a bumper pull.

I would suspect that with proper set-up, with 1100s you could run north of 120. Quite a few years ago, had a friend/acquaintance with a 99 that was running 108/109 on roughly 900s w/Bravos on negative boxes, although I dont remember how high. Set-up was never truly dialed in or changed/tweaked after the build.

Mine will run 92-93 bone stock on 560hp at the prop Volvo 600s with DPX drives. This is where I think there is evidence is that set-up will be key in getting power to the water.
