Unless they changed it between 17 and 18 I've had to do it with a couple of them, took care of it without having to crack the heads loose but it drips right down onto the exhaust manifold on the driver's side at the rear of the head behind the filter housing.
I think 17 on are the same.

Good to know. Thanks

4-5 tows a year = 360 other days when I don't tow and I just drive around

That is my logic. No reason to get a full size gas hog when I rarely need it to tow.

Plus this truck package is truly top of the class when it comes to sand, mud and off roading. I want to try the Badlands next year, the bunny slopes to start.

Big thanks to my buddy Chris at AAA Car Care in Skokie for the mounting and balancing. Only took an oz on each wheel.

The ATX look cool af but I'm 99% driving around the city. Price was the main factor, I'm not going to do very much to the truck other than a Trifecta tune ( EmersonHart13 EmersonHart13 has used them), and depending on how the towing goes, maybe some Timbren bump stops or some airbags.
