I borrowed TommyGloves' bonne gxp rims with 27.x" tires on them and at the half i think i was at ~6200rpm at 150, i could probably look up the scans but i know it was low 6ks

27.5 iirc but with only about half tread remaining id say its closer to 27.25

yeah the converter is nice and efficient up top...doubt we'd ever need to lock it up but if we did we should be able to eek out another 5mph

the gearing advantage is what has me wanting to run 28" slicks up front

I'm going to try and break into the tens this year. I'm in the process of putting a decent motor in, and I took all the nitrous off. Going to twin charge it here in the next couple months if I can find the time to do it.

me personally... I don't think my car will see a 1/4 mile track/drag situation... i don't want to break things... life has changed and throwing money/time at my car isn't something I want to do a lot of any more... i want to just drive it and enjoy it.

I want to see over 140 at the 1/2 mile event... 145 would be amazing... and I think with some tricks I may be able to pull it off.

I think a l26 genv with a overdrive balancer would go 12's, is a cam a bolt on my l26 made 270whp and like 360wtq on a 3.4 pulley

That would be like someone running modded 1.9's and saying they're stock rockers, a STOCK 3.4 pulley from a cobalt, etc. Doesn't count. Stock pulley with bolt-ons.

I ran a 14.4@98mph in my 4dr GTP when it was all stock. All it needed was a GT converter/trans and it would have easily gone 13's. There's just not enough grunt with that stock pulley and the long ass gears.

pulley on the twin charged setup and went high 9's?

The essentially 100 percent stock l32 / 67 in the 5 TP rips with the ported exhaust manifolds and 3 inch downpipe and exhaust but without cutting out the whole friggin interior of the car I don't see you going much faster.
how fast did Bob and Voytek go with the Drag whore when they hacked everything out of it...iirc at most they had a 3.4 and headers I don't think they threw in a cam in till later when they hacked out the rest of the interior

Ready carefully, it's not stock, it's near stock. So it probably has bolt ons and a smaller pulley. Just sayin.... ZZP are a bunch of lying nutsacks.

They were running like mid 14's with slicks, and all of those bolt ons when they put them on Voyteks car, and gutted the shit out of it.

my 06 went 14.1 at 101 spinning pretty hard off the line with a drop in and a catless down pipe 2.1 60 was the best it ever saw
