2011 TCG Meet Location Thread

I don't make any of the meets so I shouldn't post, but we should have 1-2 TCG dyno days next year.

i think i planned 2 this year (i know 1 for sure) but had to cancel them b/c of lack of interest. people always ask then never commit

i definitely wanna get 1 in next year tho.

id like to kind of make that a once a month morning meet (kind of like a smaller scaled texas and cali cars and coffee). it could be done w/ solid promotion and a good location.

Getting up early on Saturdays sucks. Just throwing it out there. But I think it sounds like it would be a lot of fun.

That would be cool, get some breakfast then cruise over. Although with anything less then a Corvette or M3 you look out of place at that meet. Would be funny to roll up with a bunch of nasty sounding 3800's.

Obviously I vote for something "central" and no, elgin is not central if we are talking big picture, just the majority of people that regularly come cause its close anyways

Mook, I know I'm not posting up specific ideas, but we have lukes, any other "old" spots for weekly meets that could possibly be revived a different day of the week? Or is lukes going to be thurs and then sat as well?

there was talk about 4 corners but i dunno if that will ever happen. are people allowed back there for extended periods at night?

I've seen cars there and heck even stopped there at least a few times over the last couple years

i truely dont know if its ok to chill there, but no cops came to boot us when I was down there a few times like I said
