not all the exhaust systems for the vq retain the stockish note. true duals dont sound as "exotic" (if u want to use that word). the nismo and tanabe, imo, are the closest. swapping in some test pipes or high flow cats on a stock system just makes it deeper (and basically perfect)...i opted for the more obnoxiously loud (and more aggressive, imo) nismo exhaust (w/ test pipes).

why not just go aftermarket exhaust?

haha well there isnt any aftermarket exhausts for the sedan that matches the coupe. They are pretty close, but not the same.

EDIT: Sorry all, we were asked to edit the article a bit and remove the video for the time being. While we didn't get into specifics, we do know that we didn't do anything wrong as everything that was said and shown was done with a Chevrolet escort.
