Up for sale is a 2008 Mercury Mountaineer Premier AWD V8. It has 127K with the 4.6l 3v and 6 sp automatic. It’s grey with black leather interior with 3 rows of seats 2nd row captain chairs and 3rd row fold flat for 6 passenger or cargo capabilities. It is fully loaded with heat seats, touchscreen navigation, premium sound with Microsoft Sync with Bluetooth, USB and AUX input, steering wheel controls, sunroof and DVD player. It has towing package with Class III hitch with the 4 pin flat and 9 pin round trailer electrical connector. It is rated at up to 7200 pounds trailer.
Truck has all new brakes incl new pads, rotors, calipers, master cylinder, front wheel bearings and ABS module. Truck has new tires installed at beginning of summer.
Truck has the typical exhaust leak that goes away after about 15 seconds on a cold start. Left hand 3rd row seat motor stalls when raising or lowering seat. Truck has a slight stutter at low rpms (1200 rpm) when at 50 mph. Has one spot of rust over rear wheel well and cracked front bumper and rear dented bumper.
Truck runs and drives great. I used this as my dailty driver all summer occasionally to tow auto transporter with no problems. It has no dash lights on and gets 23 mpg highway and 15-16 mpg avg.
