SOLD SOLD SOLD

Posting this for a friend of mine. Many of you guys have probably seen it at GLD. It's a very nice truck! Here's the listing...

2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Duramax Diesel with Allison transmission. I bought the truck from California 2 years ago with 130k miles, previous owner had injectors done at the dealership @100k miles, verified via carfax. It now has 175k. Seen one Chicago winter, probably the cleanest LB7 you'll see around, ZERO rot, rust, bubbles, etc. One small dink right by fuel door. This past spring, the truck had a dink and a scratch here and there, I had the entire truck refinished, all the little stuff is gone, and had it painted Cyber Grey Metallic. A new color from GM that is on the ZR1, Gran Sport Vette and the V series of Cadillacs. It was professionally done at Gerber Auto Collision and Glass on Huron st, downtown Chicago All said and done, easily $11,000 worth of body and show room quality paint job. I have pictures of every step, upon request. The truck was bone stock when I bought it, I have done the following modifications.

Performance:
Big Dipper Stage IV Built transmission with Precision Industries ML torque converter.
AirDog 2 165gph Lift pump
EFI Live by Dan's Diesel, dyno tuned at 515hp/1007ft lbs tq
AEM 4" intake
Profab turbo intake horn
4" MBRP exhaust dumped over rear axle
Edge CTS Insight gauge display

Appearance:
Matched front windows to factory rear tint
Smoked headlights
Painted grill black
Tow mirrors
Recon NBS cab lights
Brand new Pendaliner skid resistor bed liner
Brand new Extang Tuff Tonneau cover
Black diamond plate bed rail covers, forgot the brand
Steel roll pan bumper, seamless.
Javelina front bumper (Have matching rear bumper if buyer chooses to switch, rear bumper goes with sale)
315/75/17 Goodyear Duratracs on H2 wheels. Summer 2012, road hazard warranty on tires

Interior:
JVC Double Din headunit wired to play dvd while driving.
Cobra CB radio

Suspension/misc:
New wheel bearings last winter
New 145amp alternator summer 2012
Just had it aligned at Bredemann Chevrolet in Park Ridge
New waterpump last winter
New inner and outter tie rods and tie rod sleeves installed spring 2012
New pitman arm summer 2012
New idler arm summer 2012
Cognito front end braces

I'm sure I am forgetting stuff, will update if I remember. I'm asking 17k OBO. Clean as they come, beautiful truck, inside and out. Email me or call, 847 767 1996, call anytime between 9am and midnight.

Has the injector issue been addressed on this?

Truck is mine, I rarely go on these boards. Injectors were replaced at 100k with the 'fixed' Bosch injectors. The ones in this truck are the good ones so to speak.

Don't spew your crap, if you aren't going to post anything positive, or relative to the sale of my truck, please do not say anything at all.

As far as mileage goes, I get about 18-19 mixed between highway and city.

No thanks, I'm really only looking to get an 07.5-10 Dmax. And you just might've seen me out that way recently. I was in Marengo a couple weeks ago dyno tuning.

seriously badass truck...

is that the factory spring setup or did you tweet those too...

it has a slight "racked" look....

I also love the combo of the beefy front bumper and the roll pan rear, gives it that "pulling truck" look.

The truck is stock suspension, the torsion bars are cranked just a snatch so the front tires don't rub. And nah, this truck is 4x4. And thanks for the kind words everyone, if you all knew the blood, sweat and tears I have in this thing you'd understand why it's so hard to sell, but I really just want a newer truck.

Why newer truck afraid of spending the bucks to rebuilt the motor in 10k miles? I'm not afraid to call any one out. Front bumper or is that a tailgater seat? Guess you'll get maybe 7k for it.
