I was so close to getting my turd back on the road, but noticed that I have a new puddle of brake fluid on the ground right after bending new brake lines.

Perhaps I put the wrong flares? I feel like I'm losing my mind over this. The original lines I took off had bubble flares on the caliper sides and double flares on the hose sides (where it's leaking). Is this correct? I actually had a leak at the same hose on the driver side line which is what prompted me to pull them out and replace. Maybe the hose's fitting is bad? It's not old, but it would explain the consistent leak points. Plus, I sure have seen A LOT of sketchy brand new or "re-manufactured" brake equipment over the past couple years. Nothing surprises me anymore.
