Started cutting this stuff out yesterday, every edge has a 45* angle cut into it there’s a lot of pieces that I’m just guessing on because there isn’t enough left for a pattern

While it’s not raining but cool out I’m doing the oil cooler, bottom is an hp500 cooler, the top is aftermarket it just says that it has enough cooling for high performance big blocks, looks similar to the 575sc 600sc cooler, and the leaking spot is the whiteish spot on the end cap

I’ve been working and completely fucking off this week, just today getting back to working on this seat took me a while to figure out how to make this curve (I’m not a real good wood worker) since I’m going to fiberglass these for support anyway I decided to cut slats to form the curve I have a big roll of chop Matt and a gallon of resin to make these strong and waterproof

Well I’ve given up on the Holley fuel injection I canceled my order after waiting a month for it to ship and switched to one that I was told was in stock waited almost 3 weeks no shipping yet so I call and they tell me the one that was supposed to be instock is back ordered till the end of June, I decided to just run a carb, I called Nickerson performance I’ve herd great things about there ability to nail it on the first shot building custom spec carbs for marine applications, talked to them told them what I have and he said it would probably be a week and a half and he would have one built for me

Not that it really mattets because its a boat but think it goes through gas faster with a carb vs EFI instead?

Probably this carb is supposed to be dialed into my combo, but they didn’t start doing efi in boats till the late 90’s and most of the go fast stuff was carbs still anyways for a while longer
