1997 F250 7.3

About a year ago I sold my 2003 LB7 and inherited a 1997 f250 that my FIL bought brand new in Az. Always like these trucks and could pass up the opportunity to have one. Since then I’ve done a fthings to it...

Dana 60 to replace the dreaded TTB
New head lights with retrofit projector
4in rear blocks
New speakers and headunit
Soundproof the interior
Fluid film the underneath

Still have a number of other things I would like to do to make it feel and ride like a newer superduty.

I have zero likes for the factory front end. I've been in a hundred or so obs and they all ride like shit and rattle. I'm not articulating mount everest like others on tcg so they're is no benefit to me/op
Supposed to be a smoother ride. Solid axle for off-roading is better anyways but on the street I’ve always seen people say a factory fresh TTB is where it’s at.

Deets on this stuff?
This is what I purchased just b/c I didn’t have an air sprayer. Highly recommend it as the sprayer and everything worked fantastic. Sprayed it twice already and have about 1/4 gallon left over.

Doing some research many people have said that doing the Axle swap along with a reverse shackle kit is a game changer. I hope to have the shackle kit and steering Stabalizer done in spring/summer.

no doubt, it was just annoying AF.

it was a 2008ish dodge 2500 that came in for a clutch. SUCKED.

but thats why i just drive a beater in the winter months and park my rust free stuff.
It’s quite gross for sure (I think we’ve talked about fluidfilm before?)

I use it on the rusty spots I haven’t fixed yet on the blazer. Seems to help quite a bit from growth. The military says to use used motor oil till it can be repaired in the cucv manual.

I have had a few SD's but love them OBS more. One day I hope to get one also. Funny I didn't know they had TTB's.
How hard of a job swapping front axles? Do you have to use new springs/mounts?
How much of a difference does the interior wrap improve?
I had a place called Attitude Performance do it. I know they put new leaf springs on and I think a track bar and bracket. Wrapping the interior made a big difference and I haven’t even finished it yet.

I’ve never browsed that message forum before. What other supporting mods would I need with that?
