its an early ford ETB, replace it and be done. i doubt it's the pcm

was this thing sitting for an extended period? any evidence of mice?

Yes sat all winter. My grandpa was evacuated out of Texas before hurricane Harvey and passed away in November last year its been sitting since prolly at least last August or September Id say.

Going to order an ETB off ebay I see there are a few on there for under 200 bucks.

If that doesnt take care of it ill drag it to the Ford dealer.

:fu:

So far new parts

Battery
TPS sensor
8 coils
8 plugs

I can hear the ETB clicking back and forth if I move the key to on before the engine is started too.

I think ETB is solid next step.

UPDATE!!!

Car runs great!!! Ordered a throttlebody off rockauto 225 bucks shipped.

No more wrench light.
No more check engine codes.

Only issue I can find is right rear brake chirps a bit. It sat almost all last winter so im sure it needs the rotors turned or replaced and new pads.

Cheapo rotors and pads good ol ebay special for all 4 and an oil change should be about it.

Then just wash it up and cruise with the top down before summer is poof gone!!
