7k car IMHO. Low mileage and the fact its an LX Sport raises the price.

Does look nice. Always wanted a manual trans Panther, an LX Sport with console would be a good start.

The car is a bit pricey, but I bet it's because the current owner has dedicated a lot of time and money in to it. The wheels can go for about 500 the set, the wooded wheel its kinda hard to find so that's another 300 added, the bumper is ridiculous expensive to make/buy so that's another 1000+, plus the other little goodies.
I say buy it if you're thinking to buy a crown vic to mod, this one has everything you need OR... for about the same price you can get a real Mercury Marauder with decent miles. They come with a lot of good feature including a 32V Mach1 engine.
