Damn, I remember cruising with you when I had my '01, how time flys. Yep, my 94 was put on the back burner. I focused on the shop, then a few years back, just been stock piling all the parts for it. No plans to sell it, but money always talks lol

So, for those that know about this car, i do still have this mythical creature lol. I picked this car up about 6 years ago, after i had sold my '12 Mustang and my first Raptor to wipe out car payments. The plan was to enjoy the car, drive it and just have fun. That plan went quickly out the window, as anyone could of guessed. The car overall was extremely clean, and had mods but it wasn't enough. Slowly i started taken off parts, and selling things which i didn't plan to use, well that ended up being almost every damn part of the car  During this time, i also started my shop, which pretty much threw the car to the side, as all my money and time was being put to getting the shop going. Over the years, i slowly started to get an idea of where i wanted to go with it, so accumulated parts that would support the goal, and boy is it expensive lol. I can't give too many details when it comes to final numbers, and track times out of respect for other racers, but will release low boost numbers. The car will be setup for 1/8 racing, and small tire. It will likely bounce between prep and no prep events. So for now, im gonna start uploading whatever pics i have of it. I will update as my motor gets done, chassis finished, cage, wiring, turbo setup, etc go on.

On today's project, welding a V band to a throttle body with electronics still on. Will see how this one goes lol. Got the 4" v band in from Vibrant, fit up is really good considering the odd throttle body size of 87mm. Ill be using the chill block to help pull out as much heat as possible, but gonna take a little at a time. Besides the worry for the electronics, I dont want to warp the housing and cause blade or shaft bind.

This was a bit of a challenge, but got it done. Kept the throttle body to a warm touch, so short burst of welds at a time. Didnt make for the prettiest weld pattern, but not my worst lol. Cleaned up some of the penitration in the throttle body, and blended the lips. Overall happy with how it turned out. Trying to get the weld behind and under the motor/electronics was definitely difficult, torch angle far far from ideal lol.

After a few months on order, finally got some wheels for this turd, might actually become a roller once again lol. The wheels are Weld V series in 15x3.5 for the front, and 15x12 with double beadlock out back. I did mess up when ordering the rears, they were suppose to be black barrel, I ordered polished on accident. Other wheel will be here tomorrow, then sending by Crown to have the barrels sprayed gloss black. As always, one step forward, half step backwards
