Well, that was an interesting bit of qualifying....

I'm all for Ricciardo returning to the grid, and thought he was supposed to be back this weekend. But damn if Lawson isn't earning himself a seat. The RB's were doing poorly all weekend, but to see them both go out in Q2 was highly enjoyable. Plus MV being under investigation TWICE. Dude's weekend is falling apart.

I don't see Stroll in a car next year. He was getting hot-headed early on, was told to cool down, then was over-driving the car all the way into the barriers. I will give him credit for getting his hands out of the way (off the steering wheel). He didn't have more than a few tenths of second to process what was about to happen, and to react to it.

I definitely agree with DC (Coulthard). If you're on the track you need to be moving at a faster pace. This creeping along to make space is going to get someone really hurt.

Nepotism can only carry you for so long. Daddy might “own” the team, but the investors and sponsors have voice as well.

Stroll doing Stroll things. Perez back to "normal", tho I really can't put 100% of the blame on his this weekend because that red bull is just dog shit for whatever reason this weekend.

And Lawson!!! Good god he just continues to impress. I don't know how you put Danny Ric back in the seat when Lawson is performing at this level so quickly.
