With infrastructure its north of $4b, the stadium alone they are saying $3.05b. The Bears would kick in $2.05B, NFL Stadium loan $300m, and another loan was $700m.

Watching the press conference live, as of now I am not a fan of the rendering of the stadium at all. Maybe it will grow on me, and maybe it wont. I think the issue is I was sold on the whole entertainment district in AH and this is a HUGE letdown.
