I hear ya, I do, but here's my "commute" from home. $1,700 cheaper for the bouy. I can pay transient fees every month at Burnham for cleaning or extra maintenance and still come out ahead. Or I could buy a kayak to paddle my own way and still be ahead.

Burnham only has 35' slips left, pushing that price even higher. I'm still leaning towards Monroe for this season and to transfer to Burnham next year. If the harbors did prorating, it'd be a different story. Pretty BS that they don't.
