    *Insert BoOmEr car show plaque here* In 63, there were 3 available 409's, and the Z-11 "Mystery Motor." Most common was the L-29, 340hp 9:1 with Hydraulic cam. Approx 10k of those motors were made. 2nd most common is L-33, which is 11.25:1 with Solids, dual quads, and 425hp. Mine is an L-31...

    Completely understand that, and agree. I'm a believer in the thought that a BIG part of what makes me, or anyone else, good at what they do is the ability to know when something is outside of the wheelhouse. That being said, more than willing to give a yes/no on anything for ya.

    Honestly, all depends on what it is. I'll be the first to admit that my main focus is domestic, RWD and 4WD...however, I am pretty willing to do most things.
