Minor update; one of the techs at the BestBuy on 75th let me pick his brain (they can’t do installs on oversized stuff in winter). I now have the diagram I need, and a bunch of stuff from BestBuy that I didn’t need :-)

RV roofs are generally just wood/metal/Foam covered with a membrane or some kind. The membrane is sealed with basically a type of caulk, that needs to be cleaned/inspected/added-to/replaced annually, or water gets in.

100% on Tires and Batteries; but the Roofs are really the actual "Killer" surprise on older MH's
