Re-foamed one of the subs. Wasn’t that bad and learned a lot for the second. I’m letting the glue dry overnight and will give it a listen tomorrow. I used shims, and the coil moves freely. Kind of bummed that the dust cover logo is shit quality versus the OEM one, but the glue this kit provided...

I bought a kit from a company called Midwest speaker repair who also provide the shims and a new dust cover. Should be here this week. I’ve watched a few videos so far. Excited to jump into it.
