    I'm hoping it's just a fad due to covid. Everybody wanted to get away from the cities and burbs - hopefully the novelty wears off. Same with the powersports market. Everybody ran out and bought SxS's, boats, etc - but now everyone is starting to unload them.

    I've seen a few nice houses in that subdivision, but I'm somewhat of an anti-HOA extremist. Plus this place was built in 1980 and hasn't been updated since.

    I have a few Zillow alerts for new listings around Valpo/Chesterton. I love how every realtor describes every single subdivision as "highly sought after!", "cherished", "highly coveted", etc.
