    Nice houses that need nothing are still selling fast but yes there is a lot more inventory. Try to take care of any issues in the house so the buyers don’t use the inspection process to negotiate for less money would be my advice.

    I agreed with you that there is more work on the actual process of selling vs traditionally having to do more work to find a buyer, not sure which part I’m misunderstanding?
