    Oh and the Dremel multipurpose cutting kit is fucking awesome. Used it for precise cuts on my laminate flooring and now for removing pieces of drywall. Beats a hand saw by far. Highly recommend it if you have a Dremel...

    Yeah I'm fixing it as I type this (ok I'm taking a break and pooping lol). There is less then I thought, thank god, and mainly just around where the baseboard was and the wood nail things that holds the carpet down. Part of the basement already done.

    Yeah that's what I'm thinking too. Trying to prove they knew about it will be next to impossible even with the water lines since the mold was behind the baseboard. Plus now that I know about it the last thing I want to do is put off doing anything with it exposed now. I just ripped off a 5"x5"...

    So what can a new homeowner do if they find mold that wasn't caught during inspection or disclosed by sellers? Clean it up and move on? Try to get an attorney?
